The Red Shoes-

This movie had an impressive visual style to it and the storyline is fairly engaging if a little plodding in places.7/10

Premonition ~ more sad than scary. It is a bit slow in places, and had some problems plot wise, some things didn't seem to fit (might need to rewatch it). But I think the lead performance was strong, and there were some very effective scenes. Not without its flaws, but I really liked it.

Cool I might be watching that tomorrow. Isnt it part of the horror theatre thing (maybe I'm thinking of preminition), along with a couple of other films (one being Infection, which is worth a watch).

Anyway, last watched Suicide Club.

Kinda wish I hadnt, as nothing is explained in the end as to how/why everything happened. After some research I found out another movie was released (I think in 2006) which was a sequel and helped to explain a lot of the things which arent explained in the first.

Bit stupid though, it seems as though the sequel was made because the first didnt make any sense, rather than a clever marketing scheme to make you watch the second.

It has some cool scenes (and some really bad ones, i.e. the part where it goes a bit rocky horror show) but I wouldnt recommend watching unless you intend to watch the second.

I don't know about shots but it does have the fourth highest body count and the three that had more (Return of the King, then 300, and then Two Towers) were large scale battles/wars.

The no reloading thing is great because when it's important for a character to run out of bullets they do. Great flick, amazing action...

Antarctic Journal-

This was beautifully filmed, and the performances were first rate however the storyline could have been more focused. It was if they couldn't decide wether to pursue the psychological element or the supernatural element and in the end they do not really explore either, still worth a look.7/10
