Prom night (original and remake) -both were awful, Jamie lee is the only thing worth watching in the original.

Tremors 3 and 4... without the bacon.. those movies are terrible

Blackxmas remake - havent watched the classic yet but this eye ball eatting retard makes 5 mins feel like an hour..

Critters 4 - the aliens are finally off earth and back into space and sucking at life. atleast the first two were original and sort of coated with black humor and the 3rd had Leo in it. but there really is no excuse for this film.

Demonic Toys 1 & 2 - talk about the awful monsters... there was nothing good about those films

Carnosaur & sequals- A dino movie that came out in 1993. some might know of another that came out in 1993 it was called jurassic park. compare those two films.

Dolly Dearest - chucky's whore girl friend.

Friday the 13th part 5 ( no jason..) jason goes to hell (umm he shits down peoples throats) , and jason goes to space ( needs no comment)

Troll 2 - hard to explain

House of wax remake - cuthbert and hilton could have had a lesbo scene and it wouldnt havent made this film any better

I spit on your grave (remake) - disgusting film. not even worth watching. gross rape scene, torture porn just isnt my thing.

Its alive 1 & 2- wow.. ugly killer baby..?

Jaws 3, 4 - looks like a wind up shark toy in the 3rd one.. terrible what they did to that series

Lake placid 3 - dont ask why i skipped two. never seen it,but the 3rd was just that bad

Last house on the left remake - again, rape scene and the character development just lagged..

Attack of the giant leeches - its old, but it still wont escape this list..

Cabin fever 1 & 2 -one good scene, bath tub, the rest of the series.. burn it

Children of the corn genesis - worst in the series, it stole paranormal activity and put it in this movie... its bad

Doom- i love the rock, but this has to go in the trash

Exorcist 3 - wtf was the point of this movie..?

Final desination 3,4,5 - the first one had it. weak ending but good story, second one ehh it continued the trend, but i dont need to see it 3 more times after that. come on just stop it.

Fun house - bad

Frozen - the wolf scene was intense but the rest was boring

Hatchet - how in the blue hell did this movie win so many awards?? crack epidemic? take hills have eyes and mash it with wrong turn which btw are both awful movies as well. i just cant comprehend it.

Hills have eyes remake - nuclear radiation and family incest...wtf? not even interesting

Leprechaun 3,4,5,6 -kill that fucking irish midget please. stop these films. from farms, to ghetto, to space, to back to the ghetto..

Mega piranha - lets just say, this makes the other ones look well done

Mummy 3 - jet li let me down here

Survival of the dead -Romeros worest in the series

Nightmare on elm street 2 ( gayest horror film of all time. no joke ) , and part 5 was just plain bad

Halloween 5 - wtf was up with his mask in this one. lost all scaryness

Resident evil 3, 4 - first one had an interesting take. wasnt a huge fan but i liked the idea. the second one was pretty bad but i put up with it. however, with this pro women super hero shit they have going on in the last 2? ugh stop it please, go back to the game story which was actually scary

Shark night - holy hell.. dumb

Silent hill - could have been sooooo much better

Snakes on a plane - samuel L was the best part, yet it still made this list

28 weeks later - 28 days, was one of the best. weeks, made no sense and ruined what the first one had installed

House of the dead - should have stayed an arcade game and D&Bs

Saw 2,3,4,5,6,7 - torture porn is not cool, or entertaining,or scary. first saw was great, i dont need to see it 7 more times..

Anaconda 3 - Baywatches david hastelhoff (or whatever) stars in this film... epic fail

Grude 2,3 - first one was iffy. rip off of the ring stealing jap horror stories. 2 and 3 were just cash crops. bad ones as well

Ill always know what you did LAST summer - im confused. i thought it happened 3 summers ago.. hmmm

so far going through my list of horror movies i own (over a 1000) dumb and great, this has to be the set of the worst films. i havent seen all of my own films as strange as that may sound but im chippin away at it day by day.

any who AVOID at all cost any of these films.

Black Xmas remake- Thought the remake was meh, but the original is terrific.

Friday the 13th: A New Beginning- I've always enjoyed the Friday the 13th movies except for Jason X and the remake.

Troll 2- Cult classic, what else needs to be said.

House of Wax remake- Awful, next!

I Spit on Your Grave remake- Enjoyed this one but the original is better.

Last House on the Left remake- Trash it, pick up the original.

Cabin Fever- Love the first one and have yet to see the sequel, but I like Ti West so I might check it out.

Doom- Not bad to watch high.

Exorcist III- The original tops it but I do like this one quite a bit.

Hatchet- good ol' fashion slasher fun, same goes for the sequel.

The Hills Have Eyes remake- not too bad

Nightmare on Elm Street 2- Like it, not my favorite but not awful. Part 5 is second best to Part 3.

Halloween 5- I'm a Halloween geek, so I love this one.

Shark Night- Agreed, dumb

Silent Hill- One of the most unnerving films to date.

Snakes on a Plane- Horrible, Samuel Jackson's worst movie, he was awful.

28 Weeks Later- First one was better but the sequel was good too.

House of the Dead- So terrible it's fun to watch.

Saws 2 through 7- I think it is ignorant to call this kind of movie torture porn. It's just splatterpunk for this day and age. Big deal, get over it. Having said that, I've only watched the first 3 and got tired of them.

The rest of the movies on the list are ones that I haven't taken the time to watch.

Yeah, I love this movie too, anyone who doesn't like this movie needs to have their head examined.

I liked Paranormal Activity the first time i saw it. I just found that i got bored the second time around. It's not a bad movie at all, just not one that i can watch repeatedly.

Was all set to agree with you on the "copycats" but then you mentioned Cloverfield. I loved that movie but i'm a sucker for giant monster movies. But i also have to say that Cloverfield was entirely different from PA. It's not a ghost movie so how can you call it a rip off? Sure PA started the craze and so you can argue that Cloverfield used that device because of it but given that they are entirely different types of movies, i don't think that really matters.
No way that Paranormal Activity is better than Blair Witch. Blair Witch was actually creepy, Paranormal Activity was just dumb.

cabin fever - it was boirng to me. i felt like i was getting cheated outta a story made for teens. and this was the movie that had the boy meets world dofus in it. ya totally wanting him to die through out that film

i dont judge films that are combined in a group either but where do you draw the line? fun house by itself was by no means anygood. it deserved t o be with those other titles

frozen didnt have that actor in it, it was the guy from x men, which i enjoyed but he annoyed the piss outta me. the movie wasnt believeable. it was slow as hell too. dialogue needs work as well, i mean if you are going to only have a few people in your film, make them worth while. PA series did a good job at making the dialogue entertaining so you can stay with the story and characters.

hatchet, i guess if i wanted a throw back i woulda went with something good back from the passsst. hatchet did nothing for me...

mega piranha and anuymporeof those cheap ones that come out ill never watch again. the dino croc, or python or mega shark.. just dumb,, and tits and ass are a huge part of horror history. atleast if your movie is going to suck, add something in there to keep me mildly entertained. and liking boobs makes you a pervert or immature, count me in. i love em both in my horror movies. just something you dont skip, especially in a dumb horror movie

and i never said there was anything wrong with a gay film. but it was just that. even in the documentary they talk abou tit.. freddys dead was acutally fun. wasnt serious, awesome one liners. brought back the freddy i enjoy. they had fun with it. side not, the 5th nightmare was also the one to do the worst in the theatres

umm spiderman reboot.. ugh meaning like they just made spiderman films that sucked right.. just like resident evil. they are already redoing the spiderman series in under a decade. which is exactly what the resident evil series needs now. a reboot.

i rather enjoyed halloween 2 after i took into consideration what that film is about

never said blair witch was a first, just it was the best of that type

Cloverfield made me puke it was so shaky. it was way over the top, characters were blank and the monster wasnt that scary or cool... and the shakinees of that film was so bad.. no other movies have made me that sick because of the camera movement.

Ditto I liked it because it was the most disturbing, sickest, disturbing film I've seen along with "Salo". I'm not sure I would watch either of them again either (despite having them on dvd) but only because they are so challenging to watch but I like to challenge myself occasionally so who knows.
