Moon (2009)
I don't like to spoil it or give you a single clue...just saying: 'A must see for any true sci-fi lover!' Find in many reviews where they compared it with classics like 2001: A Space Odyssey, Blade Runner or Solaris. I'd say ignore this stupid comparisons...watch it with an open mind asap..you'll find a simple but very original and thought provoking beautiful sci-fi feature where Sam Rockwell delivered a fantastic one-man show! >>: A- Stag Night (2009) Somewhat like Creep meets Wrong Turn. >>: C

Well, I finally wanted to watch more of David Lynch's films. All I had seen before was the Elephant Man which I really loved. So I posted on my facebook, what movies to check out by him and, the majority said check out all of his films. I decided to watch Eraserhead. Holy shit. That was great. I've never been so creeped out. I like the way it was shot and how there was very little dialogue.
I felt really bad for the baby though. That scene made me tear up. I'm going to start watching the rest of his work now. I think the next on my list will be Lost Highway.

Van Diemens Land
This is the story of 8 escaped convicts in Tasmania during the 1820's. I didn't know much about the story before watching it which is probably the best way to go into it. It's a brutal movie with a few scenes that make you squirm. Worth checking out but not the best film of it's type. 7/10
