The Exorcist is the shizer!

I vote the Exorcist to be number one over the Shining, yes the shining was scary but the Exorcist is based on true facts and some of the people on the set started dying due to the antics of the movie. The Exorcist is the one scary movie that I really cannot even watch by myself. Even If I have company while watching I am still scared of going anywhere in the house by myself. That movie is very disturbing.

JAWS, that horrible shark monster...he was the bees' knees of toothy critterness. When Jaws was released in 1968, people made lines around the block to wait and go see 'em. Jaws made record popcorn sales and some people got popcorn indigestion as a result. Audiences requested that Jaws sound be turned down because noise of Shark Monster was too frightening--also requested that brightness of projection bulb be de-illuminated because of shark image clarification too brightening. Film was never projected at maximum brightness, nor soundtrack played at maximum decibel level, till nearly 40 year of films original release. Is true story. Documented on late-night Jaws DVD story documentary.

Ya know i often forget that the original book says it was based on true events, but can anyone nail down these events? I would like to know what really happened because if its anything like the true events of the exorcism of Emily rose then the writer of the exorcist can kiss my ass. Frankly i think it was disgusting what they did to that poor girl and that holly wood decided to cash in on it.
