really need to know movie name. EDIT-SOLVED!
Hi
this has been bugging me for days, there was a film that i saw in HMV and cannot remember the name but it had a skinny guy on the front wearing a white shirt, black trousers and he had glasses on. I thought that the name of it was henry but have found nothing but henry portrait of a serial killer. It is not a new movie i think it was late 80s early 90s and is about a serial killer. It would be great if someone knew the name of this put me out of my misery x |

HMV is a movie/music store here.
Probably the same there. Looks like you're talking about "Tony - London serial killer", by the description you gave of the cover. Though, this is a 2009 film. If this is the result you're looking for, for future reference I looked in google, image-searched "serial killer movie covers".
