The Swingin' 60s Horror Tournament
THIS TOURNAMENT IS DEDICATED TO NEVERENDING, THE RETURN, ALKYTRIO666, FORTUNATO, ROSHIQ AND DOC FAUSTUS ...and all other lovers of vintage cinema. Ahh, the lovely Swingin' Sixties. Birth of free love, civil rights, The Beatles, and the sexual revolution. Film was massively impacted by counterculture. Sex, violence and anarchy took over cinema, breaking boundaries with every step. Europe saw La Nouvelle Vague, the French New Wave movement -- and the Italian filmmakers hit absolute peak. There was an avant-garde movement every which way you looked, and as Hollywood's 'studio system' ripped apart at the seams, we saw the birth of younger, fierier 'New Hollywood.' So let's take a trip down memory lane this Halloween season, and get nostalgic all over again. I know I hung up my tourney boots not too long back, but this is the season of the boogeyman, and I am permitted one more resurrection.  First match up in a bit...

I saw "I saw What You Did" recently and it doesn't hold up as well as some others.
I'll go for Haunted Palace for this round. Vincent Price says it all.
