Source still images from the dvds and covers, work out a decent colour/layout and have a small company/store (not the really big commercial ones, they won't touch it) that makes customisable t-shits from photos etc, throw it together onto a t-shirt for you - I'd advise you to buy your own, sometimes the ones they have instore aren't really of the best quality.
Then NOBODY but you has the shirt...and you know you won't be thinking "I just bought this shirt I liked, but it would be better if...", ha, and you got nobody to blame for not liking it but y'self.
I don't see a need for clothing/T companies to make a huge profit from movies that are over a decade old, they overcharge and theyre mostly dodgy.

I'm sure you could get the whole deal done for $10 + shirt price.

The chick says you can buy your own print/press type setup, ironing stuff and all, and the right materials for this kinda shit...might be a step to look into.
