I did, definately, but in a way I was touched by it, if only because of their averageness. I don't know- in this kind of movie it can fit; I like the fact that Eastwood wasn't going for star power but more an ordinary neighborhood, so he threw a few kids a bone.
There are definately moments, though, where you become a little detached because of the support acting.
