I have not watched the Dr. Phibes yet but Price is one of my all time favorite actors.

Shock (1946) which is a pretty solid B-movie that's only about 70 minutes long. Good use of suspense and an interesting dream sequence toward the beginning of the film. The film is in the public domain and for those interested you can watch the entire film for free on youtube.
