Yep... and I also think it's the one where they used the Pinhead character most effectively.
That scene with the guy who is trying to cut out the maggots from his body... it's one of the few scenes from a horror movie that I just won't ever "get used to". And like I mentioned earlier, Dr. Channard... there's just something incredibly disturbing about him, and for some reason, that sound he makes really gives me the creeps
