Maybe it's just me, but Hunters seems too predictable, and it spends way too much time on flashbacks. Threshold covered the same ground, and to me, did a better job of it. Hunters has its moments, but overall it's a mess. It depends on if you're watching it for the plot or the effects. The effects are cool, the plot is not. It might be better if they just did each episode from the point of view of a different character, instead of all of these damn flashbacks giving every character's back story and stopping the plot for 15 minutes of a 40 minute episode. If you've seen season one of the French original of "The Returned" (les Revenants) you'll understand what I mean about switching point of view vs. flashbacks. If you haven't, go watch it. We'll wait right here.
