Please help!!! Trying to find the name of an older horror movie, 90's or 2000's. All I remember is in the beginning a group of people come upon a ghost town, go to check it out and find a severed head either in the oven or the trash can. There is an evil entity in the town that can take the shape of anything living and at one point the group is trapped in a trailer with the entity in the firm of a golden retriever outside the trailer.
