The Human Centipede III: Final Sequence is the third and presumably final film in director To Six's series about a surgical procedure that positions it's participants ass-to-mouth in a manner that resembles a centipede.

In the series' third installment we meet warden Bill Boss (Dieter Laser), a German immigrant who is extremely sadistic and inflicts the cruelest punishments his sick mind can think of. He and his assistant Dwight (Laurence R. Harvey) begin to worry their jobs are in jeopardy by the violent and outrageous behavior of the inmates. After a visit from the governor (Eric Roberts), Dwight suggests a new method of reforming the prison population by making their own human centipede.

As the previous film, The Human Centipede II: Full Sequence broke the fourth wall of the first film, the third film breaks the wall of the second. In fact, the star of the first film, Dieter Laser plays Bill Boss and the star of the second fil, Laurence R. Harvey plays Dwight.

Just like it's predecessors, The Human Centipede III has no shortage of shock and gore. Asif the idea of a 500 man human centipede is not shocking and outlandish enough, this film features cannibalism, "makeshift rape" and shit (literally). If you enjoyed the previous films you can guarantee Tom Six will not let you down in this final installment of the cult series The Human Centipede.
