I'm not sure, but it could have been,
Quicksilver Highway. It had
Christopher Lloyd in it, dressed kinda gothy. There were two stories in it, one was made by Stephen King and the other by Clive Barker. I'm not sure Lloyd was on a
bus, I don't remember. It was a made-for-tv movie back in the 90's.
