Er actually they DO talk about PSYCHIC vampirism in the film-a key part of the plot that you clearly missed(were you asleep when you watched it?If not perhaps you should try watching it again when you've finished rolling your eyes and feeling smug). PSYCHIC vampirism IS a completely different thing to vampirism-see I can do semantics too. Look it up on the net (I'm not going to do it for you) you may educate yourself.

Zeder/Revenge Of The Dead (1983)-Excellent Italian chiller that has more espionage and intrigue in it than I expected-I guess an influence from the Giallo era. At first I was a little underwhelmed by the very end but on reflection it works very well and there are some genuinely unsettling moments near the end that reflect why I adore more thought provoking horror like this.
