I use to get migraines all the time, fortunately I average only two or three a year now, bastard awful things which people who dont suffer from them never fully understand. Hope you get them sorted.
You should buy a boxset of Murder She Wrote and whenever you struggle to sleep, play an episode. That boring shit will send you right off.
