Silent Hill had nurse zombies (even though they aren't technically zombies)
Also some of the Resident Evil games (the ones set in Raccoon City) have female cop zombies, and just about every original game had naked test subject zombies and scientist zombies.
Also Lucio Fulci's Zombie had a really fat zombie hiding on the boat.
Day of the Dead also had a male zombie on an operating table who's guts spilled on the floor.
