I sculpted this out of polymer clay and painted it with acrylic inks; finished off with epoxy and protective varnishes. Yes, the eye was done by me as well. It's for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone but if you want one contact me and I can do a custom one for a case that will fit your phone.
