michael owen = one dimensional player
all he has is his pace, he won't create much just finish things so if you nullify any service then he becomes absent (which happens at international level but fortunately rooney does have a creative spark)
so since we lost him, it has actually given us better attacking options (rather than a long ball over the top from gerrard)......though the sooner cisse starts up front, the better
