Well, myself and the chick recently acquired a couple of Nintendo DS's, and got these cool little devices called DSTTs for 'em, so I've had a fair few games to look at.
First of all, I don't think FPS games work on this system...at all...then there's the pissy versions of the games that come out on 360/wii/PS3, those are not really much good either, though the exclusives to DS are really quite good.
Using the stylus thingy is a bit annoying in some cases (prince of persia...click-to-go-here system) but not nearly as annoying as I thought it would be, and quite clever/intuitive in some other games, eg cooking mama.

I'm looking forward to playing the continuation of one of my favourite series, the title being "mario vs donkey kong 2" which is the third game starting with the gameboy/gameboy colour version of Donkey Kong, which if I haven't mentioned it is one of my favourite puzzle themed games ever.
Though, I'm leaving that one be for a while.

I saw a trailer of the game I've been getting into a while back, and I'm having a fair bit of fun playing it. Called "Lost in Blue", and is apparently a spiritual sequel to a series of games "stranded kids" featuring on earlier systems...though nothing to do with them really aside from theme, that being "Lost on a pretty much deserted island".
You have to forage for food, keep yourself warm, fed etc, while exploring the island, hunting for food (spear fishing with the stylus is difficult but fun), managing resources, building things, and basically staying alive.
It's not an easy game though..."learn by dying", I'm just about to start the game from the beginning for the third time. Though, it's a fun game and keeps you wanting more.
It's a bit like...Ico meets zelda.
