Synopsis: When a drug dealer's assassin guns down his best friend and fellow policeman Lee (Robert Kim), troubled war-vet-turned-rogue-cop John Steele (Martin Kove) sets out for revenge -- only to discover the shooter is the son of an old enemy from his days in 'Nam.
