Never played the game, so I don't know much about that, but the movie was really good. Great animation. Gory, but different from the animated gore I'm used to. Still; very good, and it managed to capture a great sense of claustrophobia and panic.

I heard it was good, but it's one of those movies I *won't* watch, because i'm such a fan of the game. Even if it was a well known movie, and known for quality, I just don't think I want to know *that* part of the Dead Space story.
Iron Man 2- 8.5/10 I loved it, even more than the original.
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor - Epic fail. 3/10 and that's generous.
