It's about an ancient demon god that a legend says every 3000 years he must remake the world into one of chaos, demons, humans and man-beasts and a man-beast searches in Tokyo for a college student who will be possessed by the overfiend as he battles various perverted demons in his way.
Loaded with rape, tentacles, demons, gore, sex, bisexuality, mutilation, exploding heads and every excess that earned it's NC-17 rating here in the US. It's well animated and has all the good to please an adult animation fan including me, one of my favorite animated movies.
