I find it hard to hate any of the Friday movies. But that is not to say that I think any of them are pinnacles of great film making.
The series stopped trying to be inventive and original long before Jason Takes Manhattan. However, if one's expectations are only for a few laughs, some over-the-top kills, and more of the same, then there is some fun to be had in the Jason series.
If only we could get the full series uncut...
