More than 12 years after Donna Morrow vanished just before Christmas from her Menlo Park home, police announced Thursday they had found her remains on mountain property once owned by her husband.
The husband, Joseph Eli Morrow, a fugitive for 10 years until authorities found him hiding out in the Philippines in January, is already in custody, having been sentenced earlier this week in Santa Clara County to two years in prison for probation violation on an unrelated fraud conviction.
