HIRED GUN (2016). Very good doc which follows in the footsteps of 20 FEET FROM STARDOM, THE WRECKING CREW and STANDING IN THE SHADOWS OF MOTOWN (all three are highly recommended) by being about musicians who are hired to tour or record without much hope of credit or tenure. Some really good interviews here with Jason Hook (from Hillary Duff to Alice Cooper to Five Finger Death Punch!), Rudy Sarzo, Steve Lukather, Brad Gillis, Kenny Aranoff (Huge balls this guy has
!), Ray Parker , Jason Newstead, Liberty Devito, Nita Strauss and Eric Singer among many more. Pink and Alice Cooper come off as being ideal to work for and if You are a Billy Joel fan, pass on this, because he does not come off good AT ALL. ****
