Help remembering film title?
 

OK, I know this isn't a lot to go on but this is killing me. I remember watching a movie a few years back and can't for the life of me remember the title. Here's the details I remember:

• It was a horror comedy. Not slapstick or obvious like Shaun of the Dead, more of a black humor.
  
• It took place in an office building on a single floor.
  
• It was in a foreign language - maybe Russian but I'm not sure at all.

So...yeah, that's all I got. That and I remember loving it. Can anybody help me piece together a title from that???

NETHERBEAST INC 2007

This is a black comedy-horror. It takes place in an office building, where the office staff are vampires that live in the building day and night. Only thing, it is in English but when the vampires get this "sickness" it makes them speak oddly.
