Looking for a movie...
 

Hi, I've been trying to remember the name of this particular movie for a while now, probably about two years now, but I've had no luck. I believe the title was "The Haunting of [something] Patrick [maybe something else]". The movie centered around a man (the man with the name from the title) who was getting scared at his house so he has his friend and his friend's girlfriend/wife come stay with him. The man is seeing monsters/demons that only he can see when he is sleep walking, he has a journal where he's drawn pictures of the creatures and written descriptions of them, in the end the couple are found murdered in his attic which is filled with newspaper clippings. The movie looks similar to found footage films but none of the characters are actually holding the camera. There's one part I remember where the main character has set up a motion sensor camera in his living room to try to film the creatures and the footage gets corrupted on his computer. As well as a scene where the couple finds the guy sleepwalking and they can't wake him up. I hope this helps and I really hope someone can tell me what it is. I'd love to see it again.
