3 wasn't that bad, but it could have been better. This one might surprise you.

I loved the first, liked the second and I guess enjoyed the third...just a little bit. If and when number four comes out I'll have to go see it; honestly don't have much of a choice. I grew up with these movies.

'Jurassic Park 4' to Arrive June 2014, Steven Spielberg to Produce

'Jurassic Park 4' will arrive in theaters June 13, 2014, Universal announced on Friday. Steven Spielberg won't be directing this time around, but he is going to produce the project with Frank Marshall.

Universal has yet to pick a director for the fourth installment of the dinosaur film franchise, which it plans to shoot and release in 3D. The studio and Spielberg have converted the original film to 3D and it will be a re-released in theaters on April 5. Spielberg was very involved in the conversion according to executives at the studio, trying to ensure it merited a theatrical re-release.

He confirmed at Comic-Con in 2011 that a writer was working on a new version, divulging little more. Giving the film a release date firms up the time table as Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver work on the script.

It's dinosaurs running around eating people, of course I'm going to go see it. :)

I will definitely watch it. Jurassic Park was one of my favorites as a kid. I even collected the dinosaur action figures. lol

Who would not want to see Jurassic Park 4! I love sequels to classics, especially when the original team is involved. However, I would like to see more originals out, where are the Jurassic Parks and Star Wars of 2013?

Iron Man 3's Kid Actor Books Jurassic World Lead, And Jake Johnson May Be Next

Let's be real-- the stars of this movie are still going to be the dinosaurs-- but Jurassic World continues to add humans who will at least prevent us from screaming "Bring back Goldblum!" at the screen.

Quote:

Deadline reports that Ty Simpkins, best known as "that kid who miraculously wasn't obnoxious in Iron Man 3," has snagged a lead role in the film, which is now set for a June 12, 2015 release date.

Deadline also hears that Jake Johnson, star of Fox's New Girl and the recent VOD hit Drinking Buddies, is in the mix for a lead role, but can't get confirmation from the studio. Johnson also starred in director Colin Trevorrow's breakthrough hit Safety Not Guaranteed, so it's not hard to imagine the director would want to bring in his buddy on his big-budget adventure.

The only other human name that's been connected to a role in the film is Bryce Dallas Howard, who was rumored for a lead role back in September but also hasn't been confirmed.

Trevorrow, who was handed the project back in March with Steven Spielberg on board as a producer, will be working from a script by Rise of the Planet of the Apes writers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. But, remarkably, that script has managed to stay very secret. Trevorrow joined a fan podcast earlier this year and warned fans "don't believe everything you read. There are way more insiders on the internet than there are in real life."
And despite rumors about things like aquatic dinosaurs and a return to the original island, nothing whatsoever has been confirmed.
