Wow, Sculpt, you taught me something I didn't know! I never knew that was Mickey Jones playing drums for The First Edition! I loved that band when I was a kid!

I learned some myself too. I wasn't all that familiar with The First Edition. Of course Just Dropped In is a cool psychedelic song... even trippier knowing it's Kenny Rogers singing it. I kind of dig this song, "Love Woman", classic sound for the time period, and plenty of get-up-and-go!

What First Edition songs did you like?

It's a tie between Just Dropped In and Ruby. Did you know they had a variety show?

No, I didn't know that. Canadian TV I see. It would be interesting to see how their comedy skits with Rogers went down. ::big grin::

RIP John Altamura who played the Toxic Avenger in parts 2 and 3 of the series. There hasn't been an official statement yet but it's believed to have been a heart attack.
