Random Thoughts?

mini ranting/venting ahead....

I hate my job... oh wait that's not that random. But being suspended for 3 days is. I along with 2 co-workers where sleeping on the job. All got suspended. I feel like crap! But They're the one's normally sleeping not me. I'm normally doing 90% of the work. ( I work cleaning rest area restrooms....it's not as easy as it sounds.) I'm tired of the people at my job, and the strictness being on 1st shift is. Other shifts basically get away with murder as they don't get supervision. First shift gets checked on....(i cannot change shifts). Plus on top of that I've been harassed in the past. I need a new job. Can the new job gods bring a new job to me? Oh and a bf, someone who actually cares?

Sorry for rant/vent just thought i'd let the randomness out.

Ditto to everything Chrono said. Also, you say you work cleaning rest area restrooms and its not as easy as it sounds? It does not sound easy! You say you are usually working at 90% capacity but you got caught sleeping on the job..so did 2 others! I know its a shitty deal but it sounds like basically you have a pretty decent work ethic and that says a lot about you.

I agree. I need something else. Theirs so much favoritism and unfairness inthis job. As it is I don't want to go today. All I've done is cleaning jobs, and it sucks.
This may be wrong of me, but in a way maybe it's a good thing I'm off this week since my mom has to have a small surgery. Pieces of a puzzle?

Hi Nightmare! I'll take a different view of your situation. I've done Service Master work before, lot's of cleaning. Having worked many jobs, there is a unique satisfaction that comes from being able to complete a job, seeing the fine work you did completed right before your eyes the same day! Plus you get exercise while you work.

Also, I've worked 2nd and 3rd shift (and 12 hour 2nd), and I found 2nd and 3rd shifts took me out of everyone's life and main events, and wasn't healthy as a sleep schedule. I'm a nightowl, and I would still only choose 1st shift.

You know doing a good job, and resisting the negative influences of others, perfects your character, your most precious possession. It's tough but rewarding, you never regret it, can't be taken from you, and you build a good reputation. You know this too: you agreed to work for the pay; so it doesn't matter how much work your coworkers are doing.

I would never tell you to stay with any position, type of work or company. That's all about where you're called, what you're passionate about, your natural talents/characteristics. Your current skills/knowledge only determine what's easily available to you now...

What I would tell you is investigate where you're called, what you're passionate about, natural talents, what comes easy to you. This can come quick, take some time, can change over time. If you pursue what you're passionate about, as long as you maintain a good attitude, you won't hate your job, and you will succeed. A good company with benefits is fine, but maybe you should head into a "career", which may be an apprenticeship or school (there's fin ast and loans).

As far as bf. Date around. Until him or you asks to be exclusive, and you'll say yes, keep looking & dating. If your bf doesn't care, you've answered you're own question.

Thank you for the kind imput.
Satisfaction is nice. All I've had is cleaning jobs. It isn't bad....well the hotel work was but that's another story. I think my sleep schedule has been off even only working 1st shift.
Other workers don't do as much. The pay isn't bad. I get some odd comments by people thinking I live at the rest area. To thinking the family bathroon is the ony on in the building. Oh its tempting to be sarcastic.
Supers know 2nd and 3rd sleep a lot or watch movies. Lol. But I do my job. The supers say always room for improvement. And basically even if its clean it's still dirty. ( that one I don't get). I don't want to make a career out of cleaning rest area rest rooms that's for sure.

Lol he's not my bf.......yet. and idk if he ever will be. Just letting that one take its time. (Bored, dorky me asked a Ouija board and multiple times its said his name, and other info.) But not to keen on letting anyone else in. (Another story)

I think I got it all. I'm typing this on my nook, while Netflix binging.

You think the ouija board spirit(s) has your best interest in mind? You can look it up, most expert occultists warn against the communication of the ouija board; among many reasons, is that "lower" and malevolent spirits use the ouija board for malevolent purposes.

I don't think its dorky that you tried to use a Ouija board and you are probably not the first to do so, but Sculpt is right (damnit!). I bought one for my daughter years ago and oddly enough, no one ever wanted to use it.
