Open with paint...go to "Image"...then "Stretch/Skew"...Change the percentage on the horizontal and vertical evenly, for example...if the image is 200X200 you would set the horizontal and vertical percentages at 50%...Then you would have 100X100..after you do this...go to "File" and "save as"...it's best to save as a jpeg, especially if the original image is a bmp...BUT, if the original image is an animated gif and you save it as a jpeg, it will lose its animation...those should always be saved as gifs, of course, if you alter a gif in paint, it will lose its animation anyway...I hope this helps you, Cheeba:)
