There are two movies I want to get, "Without Warning" and "Midnight Offerings" which place would you say would be better to buy them from? (E-bay, monsters in motion, videoscream or super strange video)

Which place has the best clarity/quality for these movies?
Can anyone please recommend best place to get it from? Where if you have gotten any of these movies where did you get it from?
