Famous Last Words

I came across this list today and it reminded me of another I found some time ago (my favorite was listed in this one too by Thomas J. Grasso). I thought others might find it amusing as well as make for some interesting conversation. Incidentally, what would YOUR famous last words be?

EDIT! Found before said other list from forever ago: http://www.oddee.com/item_98739.aspx...h8t0DwxH5fV.99

And as a follow up, what about your last meal?

Grasso's Spaghetti-O's remark has always made me chuckle. The dude had his priorities straight all the way to the end.

My last words would probably be Thank You. I've survived some serious stuff and I really am just grateful for every day. I feel really fortunate so thank you would sum it up for me. My only fear of death comes from knowing there will be horror movies made that I will never see.

My last meal? What a good question. Well, i would start with a caesar salad with grilled chicken...and then maybe some broccoli and cheddar soup. Since it's my last meal I would go way overboard and get fettucinne alfredo, garlic bread and a coke. Gimme a chocolate milk shake for dessert and I'd die stuffed and happy. I'm normally pretty careful about what I eat so this would be a real treat for me.

As always that list left off my favorite. Carl Panzram is the most over looked but successful serial killer of all time. He was easily the best at his craft and there is an amazing documentary on him on Netflix. This is a clip from Wikipedia about his last minutes.

Panzram was hanged on September 5, 1930. While the noose was being put around his neck, he allegedly spat in his executioner's face and declared, "I wish the entire human race had one neck and I had my hands around it!"[14] When asked by the executioner if he had any last words, Panzram barked, "Yes, hurry it up, you Hoosier bastard! I could kill a dozen men while you're screwing around!"[6] He was buried at the Leavenworth Penitentiary Cemetery.[15]

Another good quote.
In my lifetime I have murdered 21 human beings, I have committed thousands of burglaries, robberies, larcenies, arsons and, last but not least, I have committed sodomy on more than 1,000 male human beings. For all these things I am not in the least bit sorry

Ah yeah I remember him! He was in the other list that I mentioned. Damn I wish I could remember where I saw tha- Wait a second I saved the page on a document! http://www.oddee.com/item_98739.aspx...h8t0DwxH5fV.99

There we go. Best for last ;)
I'll add it to the first post too. Thanks for the reminder, Jake! Although probably not the people's favorite for his deeds, Carl certainly did have some epic last words.

Reasons his were my favorite. His priorities are so much like mine it's almost like he's my spirit animal. ...Except I have no desire to strangle the elderly.

As far as my own last words... I honestly don't know! It's something I've thought about before, but I'm just not clever enough to think of anything. Knowing my luck they'd come to me after the switch is flipped and I've lost the ability to function properly to even make words.

Food though... I have many favorites. It'd probably just be a buffet of meats and my grandmother's cherry pie for dessert. Water will suit me fine so I have more room for more food, but I do enjoy birch beer. So maybe a can of that too. All enjoyed while watching my favorite werewolf movies.

Last words. Hmmm, maybe "All this has happened before and all this will happen again."

Last meal? I don't think I'd care.

Last words? If I'm in a good mood, I would probably try to recite Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep.

Last meal? Most likely Reese's cups.

2 and 7 were hilarious! the Marie Antoinette one was sad and the one about the guy commanding his own firing squad was hardcore

I wonder what went through their heads when they were saying those things. The ones that made me grin were the last words of James French and Thomas J. Grasso.

My last words? Hard to tell you since I've never been in a life-threatening situation. The only thing I know is that there'd be so many things I'd like to say in my mind that I'd have to contemplate what my last words should be.

As for my last meal I'd choose tuna pizza, a bowl of spaghettis and a milkshake. I'd have to take the chance and get what I like.

Last words: Probably "What the f***?"

Last meal: I don't think I'd be in the mood for that.
