Bad Match - 7.5/10

I kind of saw the twist at the end coming but this was actually really good. I can't help but feel totally depressed by the ending though.

The Overnight - 7.5/10

This isn't a horror movie, it does have some free tents and uncomfortable moments in it though and is a pretty interesting story about a young married couple with a young son who have just moved to Los Angeles and are looking to make friends so one day at the park while their kid is playing he makes friends with another kid and then the parents become friends and get invited over for dinner. Things get pretty intense and I'm sure you might figure the direction it's going and you just have to watch it but it is pretty good and has some comic relief here and there.

HIRED GUN (2016). Very good doc which follows in the footsteps of 20 FEET FROM STARDOM, THE WRECKING CREW and STANDING IN THE SHADOWS OF MOTOWN (all three are highly recommended) by being about musicians who are hired to tour or record without much hope of credit or tenure. Some really good interviews here with Jason Hook (from Hillary Duff to Alice Cooper to Five Finger Death Punch!), Rudy Sarzo, Steve Lukather, Brad Gillis, Kenny Aranoff (Huge balls this guy has::cool::!), Ray Parker , Jason Newstead, Liberty Devito, Nita Strauss and Eric Singer among many more. Pink and Alice Cooper come off as being ideal to work for and if You are a Billy Joel fan, pass on this, because he does not come off good AT ALL. ****

That sounds really good. Seeing a slice of the roady musician and studio musician would be interesting. I've always been a fan of Steve Lukather's guitar solos. He was a member of Toto.
