Look East Film Festival, LA, June 23-24, 2012
 

Hey All,

I'm a fan of Asian horror films (and Asian film in general) and wanted to give a shout out to anyone in SoCal for an upcoming film festival. It's called the Look East Korean Film Festival and it is NOT a horror fest, BUT the unofficial word is that they'll be screening the 3D version of directory Bong Joon-ho's 2006 film "The Host." The 3D print was made at the end of 2011 and I don't think it's screened in the U.S. I'm working with the festival to help spread the word and thought any fans of the film would jump at the chance to check out the 3D version. The festival takes place at the Mann Chinese theaters, so it will be a great venue. Times, ticket info, etc. will be posted on the festival website:

The Host 3D - It's On!
 

Just wanted to post that it is 100% confirmed that The Host 3D will screen on June 23, 2012 at the Look East Film Festival. 9:30 PM at the Chinese Theaters in Hollywood. I'm working the show and pretty excited to finally see The Host on the big screen!
