I think my list would be pretty much the same, except I'd have Takashi Miike instead of Lucio Fulci.

I wouldn't count Kubrick as a horror director.

..... erm.... He directed one of the best horror films ever made "The Shining" and i always think that "A Clockwork Orange" is very horror like

True, however, I would consider someone a horror director when they've made a considerable amount of horror movies or are known mostly for their horror movies. I would more consider Kubrick to me a chameleon director (from how he has been able to make a wide variety of Genre movies).
