Ghostbusters

Debatably may not be Horror but I always considered them Horror-Comedies, so they fit here I think. Long-time fan of both movies (including the second which I think is sorely underrated and gets a lot of unfair scorn) and also love the cartoon series and the 2009 video game which essentially is the third movie in game form. Any other fans here? Both movies are among my all-time favorites and I've seen them both endlessly, so rewatchable and entertaining. They're the quintessential Horror-Comedies with just as many laughs as scares and both are infinitely quotable and have so many great moments. The Terror Dogs, library ghost, Stay Puft, Vigo, the river of slime, the Scoleri Brothers, the Statue Of Liberty, etc. both movies are so awesome.

I'm not excited about the upcoming remake at all, sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.

I never really liked the original...

I'm very fond of the first film. I grew up with it and consider it one of the classics and greatest films of all time. I don't know if it was because I didn't see the second until years later or not but, I wasn't fond of it when I saw it.

Loved the first.
The second one I didn't...tried again a few years back, just...no.

The Sega master system game was ASS.
The Sega Megadrive game was excellent.
The 360/ps3 game looks amazing, I have it, still yet to play.

I will watch the "new" movie/s regardless of low expectations, we shall see.

They're both amazing.
