As I Become Darkness
 

This is something that I wrote and desided to share it with everyone here.
I hope you guys don't think it's stupid.

As I Become Darkness

In a dream I sometimes wander, observing it's beautiful landscape, manipulating it's surroundings

I breath-in a crisp wind, snow blankets the ground
Twisting flakes fall from the midnight canopy

I know it's only a dream, I think to myself,
but I shake from the bitter cold
I know it's a dream, only a dream, as I rethink to myself,
but the bone chilling fear of movement from behind approaches

Instead to turn and research the source, I run,
As fast as possible
Legs spin like wheels,
But progress ever so slightly

From the touch of evil I fall, as Death's hand grips me

He's here to shatter my soul,
And give me to the Earth

I know it in-fact that this is a dream,
My mind's at play,
While in bed I lay,
My soul's at bay,
It can't be taken away

I stir from sleep,
I open my eyes,
To greet Death's evil grin,
A soulless keeper with eyeless sockets

As birth granted me life,
He's here to plague me death

With a cold skeletal hand upon my chest, above my heart,
An odoress black mist spouting from a parted jaw,
It's last breath before my death

It's words were,
" The darkness inside is as dark as the rest, just one and final rest "

Filtering through my soul, the crisp wind from my dream,
drifting it away

My final thought was my eternity

Dealt a simple monumental epitaph,
Dead from the hand of Death

Killer man, i really like it. We need more poetry on this site, that would be kickass keep up the good work man.

Confessions of a Cutter


Silence
Only tears
As I press the blade
Against my pale skin

Red
The blood flows
From the wounds
Echoing my inner pain

Satisfaction
As I feel the knife
Slicing into me
I only deserve pain

Anguish
As I realize what I've done
I feel accomplishment
As I gaze at the marks upon my skin

Stares
People are horrified
Don't understand why
Neither do I

hope its cool if i post one here too
 

"Good Intentions"

alone and dark we stand
in the face of a strange new land
we bring to them our sight
a wisdom found without the light
and extend a friendly hand

we are ourselves dissedent
from a darkened land we are sent
here now to be oppressed
by a people who "know what's best"
what the best intentions meant

after trying long now
we'll never understand just how
they claim to love us all
when all we did was answer call
and take a respectful bow
