"Living Dead" type movies?

For some reason I have a thing for the dead flicks and those similar to it.

Here is a list of the ones I find memorable, if anyone knows of any others I could check out, please point them out!

Night of the living dead (original)
Dawn of the Dead (original)
Day of the Dead

Return of the living dead
Return of the living dead II
Return of the living dead III

Night of the Living Dead (remake 1990)
Dawn of the Dead (remake 2004)

28 Days Later
Shaun of the dead (it counts i guess)

Demons
Demons II
(i actually liked these movies.. while it was 80s low budget gore, i found it rather eerie)

am i missing any classics or good movies here?

*Clears Throat*

28 Days later is not a zombie movie, they are infected but still alive!

That being said, i get your point and it is very much a zombie film, except for the complete lack of zombies. It fills all of the rules of a zombie movie, it just has raving lunatics rather than walking corpses.

well neither is demons but its more a 'holocaust' type of film like the dead movies.

of course i dont consider 28 days part of the trilogy... but it at least entertained me :)

Sonmeone always bitches about that little details so i figured i would get it out o fthe way.

I personally Love 28 days later and cant understand people who say it is shit. It gets everything right aws a movie, and i am willing to bet Romero liked it.

there is a shit pile of italian zombie films ..

just google 'italian zombie movies' and you'll find all kinds of lists.

the same movie can go by several different names so you have to investigate.

a couple are Burial Ground
Cemetary Man (personal favorite)

you can easily find 30 - 40 more
