Oh, I dunno...

I think I'll also keep that to myself.

But, in saying that...you don't want to...so why not just...out with whatever you've got on your mind.
Everyone did it directly and there might be less communication issues.
Just a general statement there not intended for any parties specifically, I think it's sound advice for whoever.

I'm pretty sure that it probably has something to do with the fact that there were about 100 votes, and less than 50 active members...Yes, it's possible for some people to be registered here, not post much (or not post at all) but still decide to vote...It's also possible that an active member could create a new account to vote with (only takes a few minutes, but seems a silly thing to do just to vote on a forum mod election)...At any rate, whether some voted more than once or not, the results were obvious, and stayed the same throughout, from beginning to end...There were no 'close calls', and in the thread itself, those who posted, made their choices known...The 3 selected, were the 3 expected, and no one else even came close...If someone wanted to contest it and call for a revote, we could have done that, but everyone was satisfied with the results...I heard not one objection.

V had said something that made this make a lot more sense, now removed.
No matter.

I'd have probably bothered to participate were that the case.

...I don't have any particular issue in regards to the overall cause of this topic though, I'd said what I had to contribute, and read enough to see points made from various perspectives some I agreed with, some I did not.
That the thread was closed wasn't really relevant to me, but then I wasn't trying to push a point more'n saying it in the first place.

That would have been a much more accurate way. But as Rayne, the results were pretty much the same throughout.

But people have made mistakes voting before (not aimed at any of our mods at the moment, possibly in the future, but I can't be sure), Bush Jr., Thatcher.

personally i've never cared a bit about threads getting closed or deleted.

i guess i've never considered anything i've said here important or irreplacable.
if it was worth something - it would be published somewhere :)

if i owned the forum i might have a stake in it ... but i dont.. so i dont
