The National bison range is on the east end of the county here and when I first came out ta these parts we saw some bison so we pulled over ta check 'em out...We were kinda faded so we stared hootin' and hollerin' at 'dem buffalo, well they got up and started snortin' and stampin' the ground..Tell you what we got the hell out after that
Here it's the when the train passes thru town...I kinda think it's an old memory for 'em when folks used ta shoot every damn thing off the side of a train :(
Makes sense ...likewise 'round here...lots, they get ta carryin' on pretty well at night. I only sit up in bed in the middle of the night when ya hear 'em howlin' 'round all four sides of the house.
We have three chickens, five cats, 4 ducks, and one cowardly walker coon hound. Maybe your right I will leave out for scavengers but away from the house. Man I hate coyotes, there are a lot of them in N.C.
Whoa! What y'all protectin' livestock 'er somethin'? Bury it? The least ya should do is leave it fer the scavengers out 'dere.....I use my property as a wildlife sanctuary.....Animals don't recognize boundries......
