A young lawyer is sent out to settle a woman's estate and comes face to face with a vengeful spirit that has been haunting the town for years. The foggy atmosphere and the ghost herself make this one of the more unsettling ghost stories in recent years.

Have not seen this one. Sounds like something I really would like.
Just from the picture you posted, it looks creepy. About like me in my Ugly Duchess costume. Lol!

Oh my word I just saw this and WOW WOW WOW I can't tell you how much I loved it (Duchess get it NOW you will LOVE it). It even had a genuine "jump" moment and I haven't been so shook up by a film since Tombs Of The Blind Dead-unsettling, chilling, genuinely scary, striking, hugely atmospheric, sinister undertones, lingeringly haunting-in short-stunning!

Will have to see if it comes on TV to record it. On Amazon, the DVD price is $199 and $99 for the VHS.
Hopefully it will be reissued or come on TV.

There's a remake coming up with Daniel Radcliffe as the lawyer. Hopefully that will bring about a re-release of the original.

I never knew they had an original version of this film. I only know of the Daniel Radcliffe version. Def checking out the older one now. The never version was so so. I wanted it to be so much more.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised it is actually genuinely scary. No gore but it doesn't need any as it's still quite brutal.
