I confess. I haven't seen this movie since I was about 8 years old, but I never forgot it. After asking the HDCers what this movie was called from the few details I could remember, someone knew the film. All I remember vividly, were the monsters: The Silicates. They were remarkably frightening for a film from this era.

The film doesn't seem to be available; maybe someday.

I have heard of this film. I may have seen it in my younger days.

The great Peter Cushing is in it.

I will keeep a lookout for a reissue. Also TCM plays a lot of Hammer Studios films.

On Amazon the best price is $59 and that's for a VHS.

This is on my hopeful list now.
