Best drink some thyme tea. It is a bitter herb tea. Does wonders for the flu. I thinks you can get some Thyme at the grocery store mabe in the spice section. First boil some hot water, second put some thyme leaves in the hot water in a mug ofcourse, third add honey (optional), fourth when you drink it be sure to drink all the Thyme leaves and be prepared for bitter taste.
