I've probably seen them, but name a few anyway because i'm in a mood and I need my lycanthrope fix before halloween. Dog Soldiers still triumphs.

Name a few?

American Werewolf In London is great.

Dog Soldiers, is quite good but I never really "got into" The Howling.

I'd also reccomend the segment The Crate from the film Creepshow. Not really a werewolf story, but close to it. It's fun too.

Posher!! Good to see you again!

Apparently roshiq and I like all the same werewolf movies, except I would add Wolfen with Albert Finney.

Forget to add this one that I saw few months ago...bit slow burn but a well executed good film.

Wow, Outcast looks fantastic! Unfortunately it appears as though Netflix doesn't have it yet. Boo.

My favorites are still Dog Soldiers and the Gingersnaps movies, hands down.

All great choices. My own favorite lately has been Paul Naschy. He made a lot of different horror flicks but his werewolf movies were his signature work, and they are a lot of great fun to watch! Check out a Paul Naschy film this Halloween for fun.

I liked The Howling and An American Werewolf in London. Surprisingly, the Howling Reborn ended up being a decent movie. Not all that great but okay. Except, there weren't any cool transformation scenes.

*Side note. I liked Howling 2 because of Sybil Danning. She gives the film two good reasons to like it. Other than that it was kind of trash. In all honesty the Howling franchise kind of died after the original.
