Just wanted to know if you all know and love this movie as much as I do. I remember it was the first movie I saw in widescreen and it kicked ass. It came up the other day in a conversation I was having and i realized I havent seen it since I was like 10. let me know what you all think

OH! i thought this thread was about how you dont see any balls on werewolfs. i was gonna say maybe god liked the wolf man more and decided to protect them by hiding them up in his gut, instead of leaving them out there swinging like he did with us, like they say god has to be a woman, who else would only protect a mans nuts with a thin peice of skin?

Monster Squad was one of my all-time favorites when I was a kid. (Along with Gremlins, Critters, and Rambo)

Yeah they are bootleg copies but until they come out with an official widescreen dvd version this one does the trick. Hell I can still watch it anytime I wish and the cover art is nice to.

Monster Squad. Oh my. That movie is the best 80's flick. I used to own it on Beta, and now I own it on VHS and DVD.

You can buy it off of ebay...It's not an official release but it does have the original cover and has a nice looking menu..I bought my copy from there and was pretty pleased....At least until an official widescreen release of it comes out...

It's a decent VHS transfer, I mean there is only so much you can do with an old movie like that, but I have no complaints about my copy...So I would say it is worth it...
