This is probably a stupid question, but how do you get a custom title? I'm figuring you need like 500 posts and an option appears in your profile allowing you to choose one for yourself? Just wondering because I see a bunch of people with custom titles and some of them have changed since I've been here, and I haven't seen this asked or talked about elsewhere.
