Anyone read the write-up in Fangoria about House of 1000 Corpses 2? It sounds great. It's supposed to be a road trip horror flick cuz the family is on the run from the FBI.

if its as "student art film" as the first one, ill probably be missing it.
I like the idea of the sequel being a road trip movie. Sounds great. Sounds much MUCH better than the original.

I loved the first one so I'm really looking forward to this. So the psycho family is on the run from the FBI? And they go on a killing spree or something? Sounds pretty sick.

i cant wait for this one i really enjoyed house of a 1000 corpses despite all the negative comments about this movie i will be the first in line to see the sequel

On a side note...I wonder if it's gonna have a different title, or be called "House of 1000 Corpses 2" ? IMO it should have a completely different title, especially since they're gonna be on the road away from the house.

I wonder what kind of car the family will drive... it *is* one big-ass family...
I think I would safely bet that the car seen in the RZ video for Dragula will make at least one cameo; maybe not the car the family drives, but it might come up.

Anyway, I can see them driving a demented looking Station wagon for some reason.
I could also see this flick having a Natural Born Killers type feel for some reason.

I hope they go more in depth with Dr.Satan by telling us what he does to his victims(besides turning them into zombies) and how he turns them into zombies, and why he does it.

Yep. Go to user/cp on the light gray bar below the main navigation bar, Click edit options, then scroll down and hit change avatar, then what I would do is find a pic that you like (not to big though) save it to your computer then click the browse button on the "change avatar page" and select your picture that you picked. then save changes:)

He said he wouldn't get around to that for a while. At least not while he's working on the sequel.

I really want the dvd but I don't know if I should wait for the directors cut. I will only buy the directors cut if it has the same menus, the same special features, and an option to choose what cut you want to watch.

The current DVD is so cool I really don't give a damn about a director's cut. I like the movie the way it is anyway.

I'm pretty sure they will. I think I read this in the interview Horror.com did with Rob Zombie.

getting back to avengers comment.. yeah I like the movie the way it is, and I love the menues on this DVD...
so if you dont own it GET IT.. it is worth the money, when the directors cut is released get it as well. Why just have 1 copy of movies..?? shit I have about 9 different copies of TCM ....
