I remember watching a film, looked post-apocalyptic, in the desert, sand dunes...
Hospital...(maybe)
Hospital gurney, guy being wheeled out, whilst strapped to 'said' gurney, a pulsating growth on his head.
Which, proceeded to explode!!
Spewing gore (it's the 80's) everywhere........
